Conceptual Brand Identity project for a housing development project with 32 villas in Cotovia, Sesimbra, Portugal.
The bird in the logo is a Cotovia, the Portuguese name for the Alaudidae bird species. The secondary logo joins the letter C and the cotovia mark, allowing for total responsiveness and an efficient application.
The color palette is inspired by the materials used in the real estate project, the light wood and the swimming pool color. It is also influenced by the project’s surroundings, namely the nearby beaches and the Arrábida mountain range that stands in the horizon.
